Hive is a private workspace run by Alvier Group for its team, contractors and invited clients. This page explains what information Hive handles and how.

What Hive stores

• Your account details: name, email address and sign-in information.
• The work you and your team put into Hive: projects, tasks, messages, files, calendar events and comments.
• Basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

Google account data

If you choose to connect Google Calendar or Google Drive, Hive uses that access only to show and sync your own calendar events, and the Drive files you choose to link, inside Hive. Hive does not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside your workspace. You can disconnect at any time, and Hive then stops using that access.

Hive's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Who can see your information

Only people in your workspace with permission to see an item can see it. Clients see only what is explicitly shared with them. Alvier Group does not sell personal information.

Where it is kept

Hive runs on a server operated for Alvier Group in the European Union. Backups are kept to protect against data loss.

Your choices

You can ask your Alvier Group administrator to correct or delete your information, or to remove your account.
